Before joining Intouch Group, he spent more than 15 years on the client side, building up COEs, driving business at scale, and focusing on both HCP and patient marketing efforts around the world. Aaron has received many industry awards and accolades throughout the years, including a spot on the cover of MM+M magazine for his early efforts in “mobile.” When not working and spending time with his three children, Aaron works at sharpening his BBQ skills after learning what real BBQ tastes like from his time at Intouch HQ in KC.
Heather has specialized in performance analytics and optimization for more than 17 years, but her real talent is translating data into simple yet sophisticated stories that align to business strategy. In 2017, she joined Intouch to help the company improve and grow its analytics capabilities. Teammates and clients call her a beacon, a leader, a change agent, a coach, and a friend. Heather currently manages a team of analysts supporting a variety of healthcare clients across the country, in spaces ranging from chronic conditions to rare disease and has been recognized as an MM+M Top 40 Under 40. She has an energetic, fun-loving, and charismatic toddler who keeps her and her husband and their two Boxer dogs on their toes.

With more than 20 years in healthcare, Wanda brings a unique set of experiences across digital strategy, analytics, brand marketing, customer experience, omnichannel marketing, field force technology, and EHR. She has held roles on both the agency and client sides of the business, including Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, and Roche. Her experience includes global and US product launches, market shaping, HCP and patient marketing, data science, and marketing analytics that track and communicate business impact. Her expertise includes diabetes, oncology, obesity, osteoporosis, rare disease, and more. Wanda’s 15 seconds of fame was being featured on the jumbotron ringing the closing bell at Nasdaq in New York’s Times Square.
Throughout his 18+ year career, Iyiola has focused on helping clients win with data-based insights. His analytics experience spans opportunity forecasting, multivariate segmentation, experimental designs, measurement and data planning, media mix and attribution modeling, and multichannel campaign optimization. His healthcare experience includes work with J&J, Genentech, Novartis, BMS, Pfizer, and GSK, where he used data to inform communication decisions related to HCPs, patients, and payer audiences. In 2017, Iyiola was recognized as one of the 2017 PM360 ELITE 100 in the data miners category. He holds a BSc in agricultural economics from the University of Ilorin in Nigeria, an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, and an MA in quantitative methods from Columbia University in New York. Iyiola challenges his mind and body by playing competitive chess and scrabble, and training for marathons.

Known for helping brands and companies grow, Megan combines her 360-degree experience in marketing with a relentless pursuit of business goals and expectations. She leads with a personal passion for the work and a sense of humor. Megan champions measurement and analysis that’s tied directly to consumer behavior and the ability of programs to deliver on brand imperatives. Her expertise includes strategy, client service, brand management, new business development, and data analytics. She also has an entrepreneurial streak – Megan has launched and managed multiple businesses, including MOC Marketing and Muscolo Meat Academy and was a radio show producer and host of “No Chefs Allowed” on the Heritage Radio Network.
