The Give Back: Introducing Our New Philanthropy Program

The Give Back is our approach to – well – giving back. It’s a bigger, better philanthropy program than we’ve ever had before, supporting our efforts to make the world a better place, including the fight to overcome healthcare inequities and support social-justice initiatives.

Every Intouch employee is allotted four hours of paid volunteer time every year, and to celebrate the relaunch of our philanthropic efforts, every employee also received $10 to donate to a charity of their choice from a pool of vetted organizations selected by The Give Back committee, which all align with our three pillars of giving.

What are these three pillars of giving, we hear you ask? Well:

  • Intouch for Health is our commitment to supporting human and animal health causes that our employees care most about.
  • Intouch With the World is our avenue to support clients whose mission and vision we believe in, but who may have limited funds.
  • Intouch for Justice is our commitment to achieving social justice for all by supporting organizations that fight systemic racism.

We encourage Intouchers to share causes they care about that parallel these three pillars with The Give Back’s leadership committee, so we can learn more and figure out ways to help. Support can be in the form of volunteerism, strategic opportunities, and/or financial contributions.

The Give Back committee – Adrienne Bradford, Stephanie Davis, Beth Leverich, Nicole Sanchez, Trey Williams – lead the program, and seek opportunities for interested Intouchers to get involved, both physically and financially, to better our communities.

We were proud to be nominated for Med Ad News’ Heart Award for our commitment to philanthropy and social responsibility, and we know The Give Back will help make that work even more wide-reaching and impactful.

The Give Back is just one of the many ways Intouch seeks to demonstrate how strongly we believe that the work we do for our clients, their patients, each other, and our communities, matters. If these matter to you, too – we’re hiring! Find the perfect role for you at https://www.eversanaintouch.com/careers/.
