CHICAGO, IL (June 4, 2019) – Intouch Solutions, a full-service marketing agency serving the pharmaceutical industry, is pleased to announce the promotion of Kelly McCoy to Senior Vice President, Client Services.
Since joining Intouch’s Chicago office in 2007, McCoy has consistently grown business and inspired internal teams, applying her experience across 10+ therapeutic categories, including medical device, and delivering-award winning work for clients, coast to coast.
In her new role, McCoy will oversee client services for a large, long-term client, working closely with Intouch VPs and GADs to strategically elevate the work, ensure operational excellence, and provide exceptional client service.
