Boris leads strategic services across Intouch Group, including strategic planning, content strategy, CX, market access, and medical communications. He joined Intouch in 2014 to help build its strategic capabilities, establish Intouch’s East Coast operation and lead the NYC office. Previously, he spent more than a decade at Ogilvy CommonHealth, leveraging hands-on technology and leadership experience in healthcare startups providing services to Fortune 500 companies. Boris is a PM360 Innovator of the Year and one of PharmaVOICE magazine’s Top 100 Most Inspiring People in Life Sciences. With a broad international background, he is fluent in three languages (four, if you count multichannel marketing, which we do).

Mike has over 35 years of biopharma marketing, market access, and sales leadership experience across a variety of therapeutic categories, including rare disease, HCV, HIV, oncology/hematology, cardiometabolic, women’s health, and CNS. Prior to joining Intouch, he held commercial leadership roles with Ciba, Novartis, Eisai Co., Ltd., Depomed, RCW McCann, Maxcess/Publicis, Managed Health Care Associates, and EVERSANA(TAG).  His areas of expertise include positioning products for growth in complex markets across multiple payer and reimbursement types. Much of Mike’s work has been focused on building cutting-edge strategies and programs to differentiate companies and assets in highly managed payer environments to ultimately create access to therapies for HCPs and patients. Mike isn’t just intrepid in the market access space – he has hiked the Grand Canyon from the South Rim to the Colorado River during a February snowstorm.

Peter has nearly 20 years of managed markets marketing experience supporting both health plan/PBM and pharmaceutical manufacturer clients. He has authored publications and training curriculum on market access topics and has experience in a wide range of therapeutic categories including cardiology, dermatology, HCV, immunology, oncology, rare disease, and women’s health.  Peter has helped to develop 15+ payer value propositions, supported 12 payer launches, and built patient support programs in specialty/rare and traditional disease states. His deep understanding of the drivers of payer decision making is ideally suited for strategic engagements at the individual brand and portfolio level. Peter was one of the original architects of the industry’s first payer predictive model, which leverages a variety of data to proactively predict future formulary changes with almost 90% accuracy. Interesting fact: Peter makes an appearance as a child on page 313 of the novel Crude.

Alexandra has nearly 20 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience across a broad range of therapeutic categories, including immunology, hematology, dermatology, diabetes, rare disease, hypertension, allergy, and women’s health covering nearly 30 brands and eight product launches. Her industry experience also includes managed markets, promotional/HCP, DTC, medical education, and trade channel marketing with a focus on digital execution. Alix is an experienced team leader with a specialty in strategic planning and payer stakeholder engagement, from pre-launch through product LOE. She recently led execution of market access strategy and initiatives to successfully launch a novel, breakthrough product in the sickle cell disease space, and is currently serving as the market access lead on two pending launches in the rare disease space. Alix is a dual citizen of the US and UK, and while born and raised in the US, has not been able to shake what she calls the “terrible” UK food palate or cheeky sense of humor.
