Boris leads our strategic services, including strategic planning, content strategy, CX, market access, and medical communications. He joined in 2014 to help build its strategic capabilities, establish the agency’s East Coast operation and lead the NYC office. Previously, he spent more than a decade at Ogilvy CommonHealth, leveraging hands-on technology and leadership experience in healthcare startups providing services to Fortune 500 companies. Boris is a PM360 Innovator of the Year and one of PharmaVOICE magazine’s Top 100 Most Inspiring People in Life Sciences. With a broad international background, he is fluent in three languages (four, if you count multichannel marketing, which we do).

JOE WELLINGTON, MD

SVP, Managing Director, Head of Medical

Joe brings a foundation of clinical experience and strategic leadership, working across all stages of the brand lifecycle in medical communications for more than a decade. After earning his MD from Case Western Reserve University, he held academic appointments instructing both medical and nursing students. He has extensive experience across multiple therapeutic categories in medical affairs, medical education, and advertising, with an emphasis on developing scientific stories rooted in compelling strategy. He is recognized as a collaborative expert, working closely with a diverse team of scientific, creative, and strategy professionals to shape the greatest work for patients and HCPs. On a more personal note, Joe is the proud owner of one of the largest MLB bobblehead collections on the North Shore of Long Island.

JANE RICHTER

SVP, MedComm Client Services

Jane has more than 18 years of pharmaceutical and medical communications experience, as well as experience in the financial services and telecommunications industries. She delivers high-quality, customized, medical communications programs that integrate medical science, creativity, learning principles, and behavioral change principles. Jane is passionate about providing innovative and engaging educational experiences to healthcare professionals with the goal of improving patients’ lives. She earned a BA in psychology from Princeton University and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Jane has worked across many therapeutic areas including immunology, rheumatology, dermatology, oncology, addiction, vaccines, respiratory, infectious disease, gastroenterology, pain, epilepsy, and sleep disorders. She is an active member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association mentor program. Jane loves sports and played soccer from grammar school through Division 1 – including as captain her senior year at Princeton – and wishes her golf game was much better!
