Justin is committed to changing the health media landscape. From the way insights are generated to the way media plans are authored, implemented, and optimized, he believes that new technologies like AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics can reshape the way that health media not only drives value for pharmaceutical companies, but also delivers critical information, support, resources, and empathy to patients and clinicians alike. Ever the foodie, Justin is a trained gourmet chef, having studied at the French Culinary Institute.

Tina Breithaupt

SVP, Media Services

Tina’s passion for media began 20+ years ago, as she started her career in advertising. Her experience spans industries including consumer packaged goods, finance, technology, and of course, pharmaceutical, where that passion was ignited by the idea of connecting doctors and patients to life-changing and potentially life-saving information. Tina’s roots in direct response, with an emphasis on digital channels, allow her to naturally approach media and targeting with a data-driven mindset and measurement always top of mind. 

As an original member of the media team, she provides thought leadership and overall strategic direction for EVERSANA INTOUCH Media. Fun fact: Tina has touched the Stanley Cup.

Jennifer Crabill

Group Media Director, Portfolio Lead

Jennifer boasts 15 years of media strategy and activation experience across a variety of categories, including pharma, finance, auto, CPG, luxury, electronics, and spirits. She delivers expertise within the digital and non-digital space and adapts media plans to meet the needs of the ever-evolving video landscape. She began her career within the multicultural space, helping blue-chip brands and Fortune 500 companies unearth valuable audience insights and build their first-ever multicultural media campaigns. If Jennifer could snap her fingers and be anywhere, it would be rock climbing in a national park (a hobby inspired by a previous client) or lost in an antique shop.

Scott Drake

Group Media Director, Media Broadcast Investment Strategy

With 25 years of video investment experience, including many successful multi-million-dollar product launches, Scott is fearlessly passionate about reinvention and innovation. Outside of pharma, he was instrumental in integrating a major product launch (Absolut Lime) at the Grammy Awards and facilitated the planning and negotiations for the successful launch of the XFL Football League. Scott loves tech and geeks out over his monthly trips to Best Buy.

Joshua Poole

Group Media Director, Portfolio Lead

Joshua leads a portfolio of paid media clients across our Chicago, Boston, and New York offices. He works across both patient and HCP media and has more than 12 years of experience in media strategy, planning, and buying. Prior to his career in pharmaceutical-focused media, Joshua worked extensively in consumer media across digital, broadcast/cable television, print, out-of-home, direct marketing, and radio. His breadth of knowledge allows him to synthesize capabilities and advancements from these various channels into innovative, strategic media campaigns for his clients.​ Josh is an avid traveler – see some of his favorite photos from around the world as his Zoom backgrounds!

Keith Spisak

Group Media Director, Paid Search

With over 15 years in digital marketing, Keith leads the paid search practice within the Intouch Media team. As a group director, Keith draws upon years of experience building and leading teams, pushing the boundaries of traditional paid search in the highly regulated pharmaceutical and healthcare space. ​Previous e-commerce and retail experience includes client partners such as Mars Wrigley, General Mills, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, and PepsiCo. Now, Keith plays a key role in developing the strategy, insights, and lessons over the lifetime of a pharma campaign, connecting the dots between media disciplines and performance tracking. ​Keith worked on a cruise ship after college graduation, traveling from Alaska to the lower Caribbean and back. He’s been through the Panama Canal nine times!
